Promotion and sponsorship of bullfighting

To end the promotion and sponsorship of bullfighting by businesses and restaurants is one of the main goals of CAS International. To reach this goal we work together with local organizations as well. And with success! In recent years, we have persuaded several companies to no longer sponsor and/or promote bullfights. A few examples:

• Several restaurants in the Netherlands have decided to remove promoting expressions of bullfighting after a request from CAS International.
• KLM and Mazda have decided to stop sponsoring bullfights after contact with CAS International.
• Several television programs have stopped promoting bullfighting after CAS International contacted them.
• Several tour operators have stopped promoting their travels with expressions of bullfighting after contact with CAS International.
• In France, Mercedes-Benz, Novotel, Banque de Suez, and Crédit Agricole, among others, stopped all financial support for bullfighting after contacting our French colleagues.
